We are so excited about this weekend! We have Halloween festivities going on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Yesterday we kicked off our activities with a party at Dawn's house. Dawn keeps the girls for me two days a week and they had a party yesterday. Here's a mask they made the day before:
Friday morning Abigail saw a dog on the TV and pointed to it and said, "Do . . . ra ra" which sounded like Dog and barking. . . now I know why. Dawn's dog Maggie sat right next to Abigail and she loved it:
I was also impressed with Emily getting on the trampoline. She used to only get on there by herself and would jump just a little bit, barely enough to make any movement. But yesterday they were all doing cannonballs together:
Waiting for snacks:
They had different activities to try out like painting pumpkins:
and face painting. Dawn's new assistant did the face painting:
Emily asked for a red cat:
I helped at the "pin the tail on the cat" station and finally they had a pinata with candy. Here's Dawn getting everyone in line to have a whack at the pinata:
